Another easy call for SUP Club tonight: the tide's too late and too low for the coast so we're back to Mill House (by the Church Road bridge, just beyond CM3 4BG – http://www.supsect.com/mill-house-river-chelmer/). It's getting dark ever earlier, so this week we'll have to meet from 6pm for a 6.20pm launch (please don't be late – especially if you need to pump a board up!) As ever we'll graduate the launch from newbies first via cruisers to full-on raceboarders last. We're looking at what's become our standard river route this season, into the breeze and flow towards the A12, everyone turning for home as the sun sets at 7pm, and back into the fading light! Then, assuming we're not going to get a huge turn-out, we're hoping to hit The Lion Inn for dinner and drinks afterwards...
