Society and Taking Liberties Events have now teamed up with the one and only Digital Soundboy, celebrating their 10th Anniversary with the release of ‘X’, 10 years of bass heritage and brand new tunes from the likes of DJ Fresh, Ms Dynamite, B.Traits, Skream and Redlight, to bring you a series of incredible events this winter.

FRICTION

Brighton raised, multi award winning Friction is one of the most revered and recognised names in bass music today. Having risen steadily through the ranks since the early 00's as arguably the most adept and most ferocious DJ/producer in the scene, Friction now holds court in the D&B Hall Of Fame thanks to his inauguration at the 2011 Drum & Bass Arena Awards. Described by Pete Tong as 'one of the big dogs' Friction looks set to hit dizzying new heights in his career this year as he continues to trail blaze his way through the ever-evolving musical landscape.

Breakage aka James Boyle is never been one to be pigeonholed. Moving effortlessly through styles from drum and bass to dubstep, Breakage has proved himself to be one of the most versatile operators in either scene to date. A prodigious talent, he already has a number of classic releases under his belt but continues to develop his sound. Combining rich tones and a sense of spaciousness in the mix, Breakage’s music is both subtle yet devastatingly effective.

Brighton based Will Knighton is regarded as one of the most hotly tipped young producers and DJʼs to emerge from the UK Bass scene. Blurring the lines between house, dubstep and Dutch techno, Dismantle was catapulted into the limelight after his massive ʻComputationʼ track, getting hammered by the likes of Annie Mac, Diplo, Skream, Zane Lowe, Mista Jam, Toddla T and all the key tastes makers. Since then he continues to run his own label ʻGangoon Dubzʼ and has released on Gold Rush, Wheel N Deal and Caspaʼs Dub Police imprint.
