Nori aka Norihiko Kawai is a Japanese underground Techno/House DJ, based in Tokyo. Resident DJ of the party"3H" at the traditional (history of 14 years) club AIR in Tokyo. http://www.air-tokyo.com/

His first experience of PARTY was at the club Geoid a.k.a. Flower in Tokyo, early '90s. It was German techno and trance music that influenced him a lot and made him to start playing DJ. Starting DJ career in 1995, playing from deep minimal, deep techno and electronica and deep house. Organizing and spinning at LOOP aoyama (closed), Zero, bar Bonobo, Hachi, ageHa, Grassroots, AIR and module in Tokyo, Club circus and Compufunk in Osaka, club about and mago in Nagoya.

His constant tour to europe in this 11 years has been motivated by a passion to bridge music scene between Japan and Europe. His hypnotic/Funky groove and artisan skill make audience united with intoxication for music. He played at, for example, London (fabric, aquarium, cafe1001, The Queen of Hoxton, EGG and Twisted Records party), Bristol (Lakota), Barcelona (2009 sonar week), Belgium, Amsterdam, Berlin (farbfernseher, Eschschloraque), Hamburg, Giessen, Luedenscheid, Chemnitz and Portugal, Lisboa (Boom festival 2010, Europa sunrise and Op art cafe).

- Isolated LInes (Creaked Records - Fribourg)

At a fundamental level, Swiss producer Isolated Lines finds inspiration through various influences from a number of contemporary genres and musical experiences. He likes to play with the rhythmic dynamics of techno, striking a balance between avant-garde and accessible.

Following Linear Reflection, his label debut EP last year on Creaked Records, Isolated Lines shows with the Stride EP, a fascination for the darker side of techno, pushing the lower end to the front and creating cold, tense atmospheres.

In 2015 he makes a step forward on the techno scene by signing a track on Tommy Four Seven’s new 47 label and releases remix on Nachtstrom Schallplaten, Creaked Records or Lunar Limited.
