Das JOVEL öffnet exklusiv für 13 bis 16 jährige
von 18 bis 22 Uhr seine Türen.
In Kooperation mit dem Jugendrat Münster, "Voll ist Out", und dem Amt für Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien der Stadt Münster heißt es:
"0% Alkohol = 100% Partyspaß!"
