The Fiji Community Association of Far North Queensland is a registered non profit organisation whose goals and objectives are to enhance and promote the social, cultural and community profile of present, past and future Fiji citizens associated with Far North Queensland. Informally established for the past 50years, this association was formally registered some five years ago with the same objectives. In addition the profile of 'charity' included fundraising for equipment and items destined for Fiji in the event of natural disasters amongst others. Our organisation is inclusive of all age groups with an emphasis on strengthening and incorporating Fiji cultural ties with that of our adopted country Australia.
