Party: Dynamite Powerlifting Competition

So after the growth of our second competition, We want to keep the buzz going. So here is our next competition. We will cap it to 30 lifters this time and we will look to get medals for each weight category. The cut off date for the entries will have to be 26th May so that we have a definate number of categories for ordering the medals in. We will also do trophies based on wilks and the plaque for the highest total. We have tried to time it so it doesn't interfere with other competitions (mainly the GPCGB) but for those who are competing in July, this might be benificial to you to get more platform experience and get use to commands.
