Come out and enjoy the beautiful weather Michigan offers all year round! We'll choose different parks each week all throughout Southeast Michigan. Feel free to bring a friend and bring the kids. All parks will be family friendly!
TRX Circuit Training will utilize suspension training and bodyweight exercises, as well as kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sand bags, etc to give you a total body workout!
