Dancehall Saturdaze returns for 2015 at a bigger and better location, Club Venue!

Dancehall Saturdaze celebrates the dancehall culture of Jamaica in Helsinki. Nuff bass, baddest selectas, maddest dancers and proper hype pon di mic, welcome to the dancehall!

At the return of DHS at a new venue, we are proud to present, for the first time in Helsinki: Damion BG!
Damion BG is a dancehall dancer, dance teacher and the leader of BG Dancerz from Kingston, Jamaica. During the past year their crew has got a lot more attention in Jamaica and globally. BG dancerz are well known by having a lot of different dance moves making their crew very entertaining and that is why u can spot them working at Mojito Mondays witch is one of the biggest parties in Kingston Jamaica at the moment. Their most popular dances right now are Greetings, Dutty Step, Dead Dem Dead and Gun Crazy.Damion BG is famous for he’s positive attitude, whenever he is dancing or he has a big smile on he’s face. You can also spot him on some of the latest music videos like for example Mr Vegas Round the Clock.

With CeeJay, one of the leading dancehall and selectas in Finland, alongside resident Lion Head and supported by our native Jamaican MC Feema on the mic, da one yah a go waaay UP!

This January edition of DHS also celebrates the birthday of Riina, founder and promoter of DHS. Dancehall 4 life!
