* Within the last couple weeks has been used on a half dozen different film shoots for night club scenes (so you know it's good!), with the slightest hint of hard rubbish.
* Has had some of the greatest techno figures of all time play.
* After two years of self-proclaimation, is now referred to by many as "the bat cave".
* Battled noise complaints for 18 months and survived.
* Knocked back tobacco company offers of 10K by not selling cigarettes to appease liquor licensing, and survived.
* Loves a good goth night.
