Ember:
Held in the highest esteem by his peers and the masses, Ember is without question one of Australia’s most in demand genre hopping beatsmiths. Crossing the country on a weekly basis, leaving jaws dropped upon sweat drenched dance floors; this star student of the Sydney club scene has definitely earned his stripes. Sharing stages with the worlds dance music elite, he has held his own at Stereosonic, Field Day, Splendour In The Grass, Shore Thing, Big Day Out, Parklife and Future Music Festival amongst other iconic party spots. Warming the faders and ransacking riders with everyone from Snoop Dogg to Skrillex, Duck Sauce to Diplo, building a resume along the way that any mother would be more than proud of.
Keeping his ear to the ground and head out of the clouds, Ember has been asked on board national tours with Ministry Of Sound three times in the past two years, recently mixing the renowned Annual for 2015, after touring the country with Joel Fletcher for Clubbers Guide to 2014, and Chardy for Electro House Sessions 6. His first official release, Blur, hit #1 on the Australian ARIA Club Chart, with Triple J premiers from Peking Duk and mixes from Go Freek, Spenda C, Jay Karama and Combo gaining support from dance aficionados the world over.
True to his groundwork in ass droppin-party tunes, the young man has been hitting home of late, voted as one of Australia’s Top 50 DJs 7 years in a row by Inthemix and listed as one of DJ City’s Australian producers to watch in 2014. Hell bent on throwing down wherever there’s a spot to get down, Ember continues to turn heads and taste make with his booty-bouncing sets. Bridging the gap between his own brands of busted up tech funk and main room ghetto bangers; the future’s looking strong for this young party maestro.
Kronic:
Built to party, impregnate and conquer the world, Kronic is Australia’s most reckless entertainer. Fuelled by an appetite for antics and an alarming disregard for personal safety, his electronically sequenced on-stage acrobatics take dj’ing to the next level, leaving crowds everywhere throbbing, engorged and yearning for more.
Transitioning from professional party-starter to production prodigy, it's Kronic's antics in the studio that have him commanding attention of late. After dominating the Beatport Electro House Charts with collaborations from fellow Aussie EDM luminaries Chardy (S.W.A.T Team, Kavorka) and Uberjak'd (Uberkron) it wasn't long before Kronic's music found it's way into the USB sticks of Deorro, Henry Fong, Makj, Lil Jon, The Disco Fries, Sidney Samson, Chuckie, Will Sparks, Bingo Players, Blasterjaxx, Quintino and Martin Garrix. Word spread quickly, and soon the likes of Havana Brown, Joel Fletcher, Far East Movement and Lady Gaga called upon Kronic for remix duties
In the midst of all this, Kronic teamed up with fellow Adelaide prodigy Krunk! to release Hey Ho. Starting life as a free release, Hey Ho was a viral hit, reaching #1 on the Belgium Dance Charts, and earned Kronic his first Beatport number one. Realising they had something special on their hands, Kronic & Krunk! reloaded Hey Ho with an official video and remix pack, quickly catching the attention of labels across the world, and landing them a deal with American dance music giants Ultra.
Between major label remixes and number one singles, Kronic found time to tour and mix the Wild Nights 2014 Compilation, alongside Krunk!, Dannic and Dyro. Off the back of this, Kronic launched his most ambitious record to date, Fire In The Sky. A main room, vocal progressive house tune, FITS is a hit before it's even out, earning pre-release spins on BBC Radio 1 Xtra, KIIS FM, Power 106, 2Day FM and more.
