Fundamentals of self defense taught by Shihan Michael Beardwood, 6th Dan Goju Ryu Karate Do.
$25 entry fee. If you are female, identify as female, or feel unsafe because of your sexual orientation, please join us.
Learn to apply basic principles quickly and efficiently to increase personal safety in real-world situations. No experience necessary.
Participants should wear loose-fitting clothing (track suit, gym clothes, etc)
A healthy lunch will be provided.
