Known internationally as a vinyl archivist, musician & producer of over sixteen full length albums, Quantic’s Good Room residency will be a homestead for playing his own unique sound of tropical-soul and electronic polyrhythm as well as championing future sounds & past obscurities.

For his December edition he has invited Brooklyn-based producer, composer, pianist, DJ and live musician Taylor McFerrin. Taylor's musical style is equally influenced by the legends of 60's / 70's Soul, the kings of the Modern Beat Generation, Golden Era hip hop, free form jazz and electronic music. By playing all of the instruments on his productions, while also relying heavily on sampling and chopping up his live takes, he has found a sound that seamlessly bridges myriad musical worlds that draws the listener into a constantly shifting beautiful audio soundscape. He's opened for the likes of Erykah Badu, The Roots, Nas and Talib Kweli.

DJ lil'dave is a Philadelphia-based audio tastemaker who has made a name for himself by exposing people to soulful music in all it’s forms. As a DJ he is best when he digs deep into his crates for funky grooves, broken boogie, and thumping bass.
