The time has come to complete the journey. The Yum Cha Gang has infiltrated Ambar for the last time and taken the city hostage. Its up to our heroes to save the day…

DR FRESCH - PHILLY BLUNT - AXEN - GENGA - BOBBY CHANCE & PRINCI - SEYMOUR BUTTS - NATE WHISKEY - JUICE LOOTIN

JUICE LOOTIN - A travelling swordsman who grew up studying different types of martial arts. Although Juice had mastered many styles of fighting, he prefers to use his Katana to slice and dice his enemies. His primary outfit is a red with yellow shinobi shozoku, and various red and white casual athletic shoes.

SEYMOUR BUTTS - often training with his best friend Genga. He has sandy blond hair and his primary outfit is a white T-shirt with blue jeans and white sneakers (later becomes a loose white and blue striped uniform with white Adidas shell-toe shoes).

NATE WHISKEY - A skateboard rider in his youth, Nate now carries around his trademark skateboard as a weapon as he runs wild through Ambar city.

GENGA - An Ambar ninja of unknown ancestry, who is Seymour’s sparring partner. He moved to Ambar City to finish his studies and stayed with Philly Blunt for a period of time. Like Seymour he is a master of the Drunken Fist fighting style.

PHILLY BLUNT - the Mayor of Ambar City, a former professional wrestler, who has won many prestigious titles throughout his career. He has slicked back brown hair with a powerful fringe. His primary outfit is a green trousers held up with a brown diagonal belt shoulder strap, and brown dress shoes.

BOBBY CHANCE - Originally from a crime-ridden future of FLOW City in the year 2026, the superhero named Captain Bobby Chance, assisted by his three faithful Commando Companions rise up to protect the Earth and all the Galaxy from a gang of super-powered criminals. After being transported back in time he is stuck helping to fight evil in our time.

PRINCI - An underground wrestling promoter dressed in a samurai-style helmet and gear, Princi fights in an underground ring in the FLOW City's subway, wielding two katana swords.

AXEN - trained in the Bushin style of ninjutsu and uses many of the same abilities and techniques. Axen is a fierce leader of a youth motorcycle gang and will stop at nothing to protect his fellow gang members.

DR. FRESCH - The Final Boss. He is a former member of the Red Beret special forces unit and serves as the supervisor of the Yum Cha gang's weapons plant. When defeated, instead of just fading away while lying on the ground like most enemies in the game, he stands up and blows himself up with his own grenades, fading away completely scorched.

Time has passed since Philly Blunt along with his friends Genga and Seymour, defeated the YUM CHA gang and restored peace to Ambar City. While the trio has continued living their normal lives, with Seymour taking a vacation with his girlfriend, Genga going off to a training journey, and Philly continuing to run Metro City as Mayor, the surviving Yum Cha members have secretly regrouped plotting their revenge under a new leader… DR FRESCH.
